To qualify for Francophone Mobility, you need to meet these basic requirements:
- French speaking and listening ability equivalent to NCLC 5 or higher
- Job offer from employer outside Quebec
- Job offer in any TEER category, except primary agriculture occupations in TEER 4 and 5
- Meet general work permit requirements
- Valid passport

Secure a job offer from an employer outside Quebec for a skilled position.
