Short answer: Quebec published three Arrima invitation exercises on January 29, 2026, for a combined 1,797 invitations under the Skilled Worker Selection Program (PSTQ). Each result must be read according to its stream and published ministerial criteria.

Why there was no single cut-off score

PSTQ invitations are issued separately by stream and published criteria. Occupation, TEER category, work experience, French ability, Quebec ties and other conditions may be relevant. A single generic score does not accurately describe these exercises.

PRTQ was replaced by PSTQ

The Regular Skilled Worker Program (PRTQ/RSWP) was replaced by the PSTQ on November 29, 2024. New 2026 invitations therefore fall under the PSTQ; older PRTQ files remain subject to applicable transitional rules.

1. Confirm that the primary occupation and NOC code match the duties actually performed.
2. Update TEER, French results, work experience and family information.
3. Compare the profile with the criteria for the relevant PSTQ stream.
4. Keep evidence supporting every statement made in the expression of interest.
