Quebec Experience Program: PEQ Applications Available in Arrima From July 2, 2026

The Quebec Experience Program (PEQ) has been available through the Arrima platform since July 2, 2026. This update from Quebec’s Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration (MIFI) is relevant to people seeking permanent selection in Quebec through the PEQ.

What Arrima now allows

Arrima is Quebec’s online portal for several immigration services. It now allows online submission for the PEQ. Under Quebec’s published intake rules, there is no maximum number of applications for the period from July 2 to October 31, 2026.

An intake period does not replace program eligibility. An application must still be complete, meet the rules in force and include the supporting documents required for the applicant’s stream and personal situation.

Prepare before submitting a PEQ application

• Confirm that your work experience, education or pathway meets the requirements of the PEQ stream you intend to use.
